Nikhil Bhide, MBA

Pri­or to join­ing Metageno­mi, Nik served as VP, Head of Strat­e­gy & Busi­ness Devel­op­ment at Fer­ring Phar­ma US. His pre­vi­ous roles include BD lead­er­ship posi­tions at Mer­ck, Aller­gan, and ear­ly-stage biotechs, where he led strate­gic part­ner­ships, licens­ing deals, and sig­nif­i­cant M&A trans­ac­tions. He start­ed his career at Gen­zyme and in health­care invest­ment bank­ing at RBC Cap­i­tal Markets. 

Nik holds a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence in Chem­i­cal Engi­neer­ing from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Rochester (New York) and an MBA from the Ander­son School of Man­age­ment at UCLA.
