Hong Natarajan
Hong is the Vice President and Head of Program Management and Business Operations at Metagenomi. She has over 25 years of program and portfolio management experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.

Her last role was VP of Program Management and Chief of Staff for the President and COO at Roivant, where she played a central role in driving R&D due diligence, asset acquisition and new-co stand-up. Prior to Roivant, Hong spent over 20 years at Kite, Amgen and Merck collectively, where she was the Global Program Management Lead for a number of company flagship products including Yescarta, Tecartus, Kyprolis, Vectibix, Prolia and Lumakras in its early development, She also served as the PM TA lead at Amgen’s Oncology Franchise Steering Committee and the CD19 B‑Cell Franchise at Kite. Hong is passionate about finding cures to save and improve lives.
Hong received her Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Stern School of Business at New York University.
