Lind­say brings to Metageno­mi a broad under­stand­ing of strate­gic, tech­ni­cal, and oper­a­tional aspects of HR, includ­ing strate­gic work­force plan­ning, tal­ent man­age­ment, orga­ni­za­tion­al effec­tive­ness, lead­er­ship devel­op­ment, and diver­si­ty, equi­ty, & inclu­sion (DE&I).

Pri­or to join­ing Metageno­mi, Lind­say was a Glob­al Human Resources Direc­tor at Gilead Sci­ences in the Unit­ed States and Unit­ed King­dom where she played a key role in build­ing out their Cell Ther­a­py busi­ness and var­i­ous ther­a­peu­tic pro­grams from pre-clin­i­cal phase through com­mer­cial man­u­fac­tur­ing across Aus­tralia, Cana­da, and Europe. Pri­or to Gilead Sci­ences, Lind­say held var­i­ous HR lead­er­ship roles at Northrop Grum­man, Nes­tle Waters, Arup, and Kite Pharma.

Lind­say received a bachelor’s degree in Psy­chol­o­gy at Ari­zona State Uni­ver­si­ty, Mas­ter of Sci­ence in Human Resources Design, and an MBA from the Peter Druck­er School of Man­age­ment at Clare­mont Grad­u­ate University.
