With over 10 years of lead­er­ship expe­ri­ence in the biotech sec­tor, Simon has raised over $1 bil­lion in equi­ty pro­ceeds, most recent­ly as CIO of Cel­lec­tis, where he was instru­men­tal in orches­trat­ing the NASDAQ list­ings for both Cel­lec­tis and its sub­sidiary Calyxt.

Pri­or to Cel­lec­tis, Simon was Vice Pres­i­dent at Trout Group (now Sole­bury Trout) and a Reg­is­tered Rep­re­sen­ta­tive with Trout Cap­i­tal, a lead­ing investor rela­tions firm and bro­ker-deal­er focused on the life sci­ences industry.

Simon holds a Mas­ter of Sci­ence in Pub­lic Health from the Lon­don School of Eco­nom­ics and Polit­i­cal Sci­ence and a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence in Eco­nom­ics from the West­min­ster Busi­ness School, Uni­ver­si­ty of Westminster.
